18. Publication of lists

“Registrar” means the Registrar of Moneylenders appointed under section 4 and includes a Deputy Registrar of Moneylenders and an Assistant Registrar of Moneylenders appointed under that section;
(a)
a list of all licensees and such of their particulars as the Registrar may determine; and
(b)
a list of such persons granted an exemption by the Minister under section 91, and such of their particulars and the conditions of their exemption, as the Registrar may determine.[13
