Clause 12

Part III of the Third Schedule to the Banking Act (Cap. 19) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “the Kidnapping Act (Cap. 151)” in the definition of “specified written law”, the words “, the Moneylenders Act 2008 (Act 31 of 2008)”.
