Amendment of section 34

In the principal Act, in section 34(2), replace paragraph (b) with —“(b)sent by —

(i)

prepaid post to an address in Singapore, or by electronic communication to an email address, as specified by the borrower; or

(ii)

any other method that is agreed in writing between the licensee and the borrower.”.
