29. Rules of general average
Feedback & supportNothing in this Act prevents the application of any rules pertaining to general average adjustment —
(a)
contained in a multimodal transport contract; or
multimodal transport contract
Defined · s 2
“multimodal transport contract” means a contract whereby a multimodal transport operator undertakes, against payment of freight, to perform or to procure the performance of international multimodal transport of goods;
(b)
under any law,to the extent they are applicable.
