These Regulations are the Multimodal Transport (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 October 2026.

reg 2Amendment of regulation 2

In the Multimodal Transport Regulations 2021, in regulation 2(3), in the definition of “SSIC classification”, replace “Ministry of Trade and Industry” with “Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry”.
