Regulation 19

Nothing in these Rules shall be construed as in any way affecting the power of a member to dispose of by will any moneys payable or which may become payable to him under the provisions thereof, or to appoint a trustee or trustees of such moneys by memorandum in accordance with section 12(5) of the Act.

Where a member by memorandum appoints a trustee or trustees of the moneys payable on his or her death out of the Fund in accordance with section 12(5) of the Act, that memorandum shall be in the form shown in the Second Schedule.
