Regulation 20

No member shall have any claim upon the Fund beyond the payments provided for under these Rules and if any portion of the Fund standing to the credit of a member ceases under these Rules to be payable to such member or his representative, the Council shall carry any such credit of a member’s account and any donation by the Council which might otherwise be payable to him or his representative to a Forfeited Balances Account and it shall be at liberty to deal with such portion of the Fund as the Committee thinks fit.
