Cessation of membership
A member of the Fund shall cease to be a member forthwith —
(a)
when he ceases to fulfil condition (c) or (e) or rule 4;
(b)
when he attains the age of 55 years unless his employment has been extended by the Council beyond that age on conditions specifically stated to include provident fund benefits;
(c)
when he has exercised an option under section 6(d) of the Pensions Act [Cap. 225] to relinquish all rights under these Rules; or (d)when he has exercised an option under rule 10 to withdraw his membership from the Fund.
