Regulation 7

Subject to rule 11, whenever a member ceases to be a member there shall be paid to such member, or, in the case of his death, to his trustees or legal personal representatives, out of the Fund the whole amount standing to the credit of his account in respect of his own contributions with such interest as has accrued thereon under these Rules.
