reg 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (Brunei Darussalam) Order 2006 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 15th February 2006.
reg 2Declaration of Brunei Darussalam as prescribed foreign country
Brunei Darussalam is hereby declared as a prescribed foreign country for the purposes of Part III of the Act.
