15. Compensation for death or personal injury
Feedback & supportIt is lawful for the Minister to compensate, in accordance with regulations made under this Act, any member of the Corps or any dependant of the member, for death or personal injury arising out of or in the execution of the member’s duty and which is attributable solely to the discharge of the member’s duty.
