Membership of Agency
(1)
The Agency consists of —
(a)
a Chairperson;
(b)
a Deputy Chairperson; and
(c)
not less than 5 but not more than 12 other members,all of whom must be appointed by the Minister.
(2)
The Minister may appoint the chief executive to be a member.
