39. Pending legal proceedings
Feedback & supportAny proceedings or cause of action pending or existing immediately before 1 August 1993 by or against the Government or any person acting on behalf of the Government relating to the National Museum, the National Archives and Records Centre or the Oral History Department may be continued and must be enforced by or against the Board.
