Regulations
of National Heritage Board Act 1993
(1)
The Board may, with the approval of the Minister, make regulations for any matter which may be prescribed under this Act and generally for the better carrying out of the objects and purposes of this Act.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), the regulations may —
provide for the use, custody, preservation, reproduction, removal, destruction and disposal of the objects and other documents under this Act;
provide for regulating the conduct of persons on any land or building owned by, or under the control of, the Board;
prescribe the forms, fees or registers for the purposes of this Act; and
provide for the exemption from the payment, in whole or in part, of any fee under this Act.
