5. Constitution of Board

The Board consists of —
(a)
a Chairperson;
(b)
a Deputy Chairperson; and
(c)
not less than 10 and not more than 25 other members as the Minister may determine.

The Schedule applies with respect to the Board, its members and proceedings.
