Clause 5
(1)
The Board shall consist of —
(a)
a Chairman;
(b)
a Deputy Chairman; and
(c)
not less than 10 nor more than 20 other members as the Minister may from time to time determine.
(2)
The First Schedule shall have effect with respect to the Board, its members and proceedings.
