Clause 13

by deleting paragraph (b) of section 4(1) and substituting the following paragraph:“(b)the Director-General, Animal Health and Welfare appointed under section 3(1) of the Animals and Birds Act (Cap. 7) in respect of any function to be performed under this Act exclusively in relation to veterinary medicinal products and animals.”; and

by deleting paragraph (b) of section 72A and substituting the following paragraph:“(b)in the case where the licensing authority is the Director‑General, Animal Health and Welfare, to the National Parks Board established by the repealed National Parks Act (Cap. 198A, 1991 Ed.) as in force before 1 July 1996 and continued by section 3 of the National Parks Board Act (Cap. 198A).”.
