(1)
As soon as practicable after 1st April but not later than 30th September of each year, unless expressly authorised in writing by the Minister, the Board shall prepare a report of its activities and operations in the preceding financial year and shall send a copy of such report to the Minister.

The Minister shall as soon as practicable present a copy of every such report to Parliament.
