Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the National Registration (Photographs) Regulations 2017 and come into operation on 1 January 2018.

National Registration (Photographs) Regulations 2017 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation NRA-S742-2017 1965, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1965.
Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the National Registration (Photographs) Regulations 2017 and come into operation on 1 January 2018.
Photograph to comply with requirements
Every photograph provided to a registration officer for the purposes of registration or re‑registration under the Act must —
be taken not more than 3 months before the date of the application;
bear a similar likeness to the individual applying for registration or re-registration (called in these Regulations the applicant);
not be tampered with;
be clear and undistorted; and
comply with the specifications set out in the Schedule.
Revocation
The National Registration (Photographs) Regulations (Rg 1) are revoked.
