reg 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the National Registration (Prescribed Institutions) Regulations 2016 and come into operation on 1 January 2017.
reg 2Prescribed institution
Every institution set out in the Schedule is a prescribed institution for the purposes of section 3(4) of the Act.
