Definitions
In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires —“cancer” includes in-situ neoplasms, neoplasms with borderline or uncertain malignant potential, as well as all tumours (malignant, borderline, in-situ and benign) of the brain and other parts of the central nervous system (including the pituitary gland, craniopharyngeal duct and pineal gland);“patient” means a person to whom a notification referred to in regulation 3 relates.
