Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the National Registry of Diseases (Specified Entity for Acute Myocardial Infarction) Notification 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2012.

Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the National Registry of Diseases (Specified Entity for Acute Myocardial Infarction) Notification 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2012.
Specified entity for acute myocardial infarction
The National Registry of Diseases Office of the Health Promotion Board established under the Health Promotion Board Act (Cap. 122B) is declared to be a specified entity for the collection of information relating to acute myocardial infarction for the purposes of section 24 of the Act.
