Amendment of section 3
Section 3 of the Ordinance is hereby amended —
(a)
by deleting paragraphs (f), (h), (l) And (m) of subsection (1) thereof; and
(a)
by inserting immediately after subsection (3) thereof the following new subsection: —“(4) if any person who is exempted under this section from liability to register under Part III of this Ordinance thereafter ceases to be so exempted, he shall on such cesser become liable to register for national service under this Ordinance.”.
