No unauthorised commercial use of National Anthem
Subregulation 1
The tune or lyrics of the National Anthem must not be used for any commercial purpose unless the Minister approves the use.
Subregulation 2
The Minister must not give approval under paragraph (1) unless the Minister is satisfied that the use of the National Anthem will not give rise to disrespect to the National Anthem.
Subregulation 3
A person who knowingly contravenes paragraph (1) commits an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.
