Regulation 35
Variation or revocation of stop order
Subregulation 1
An authorised officer may at any time vary or revoke a stop order by written notice.
Subregulation 2
A notice under paragraph (1) must be served on the person against whom the stop order is made.
Subregulation 3
A notice under paragraph (1) has effect from the date on which it is served or any later date specified in the notice.
Subregulation 4
A notice under paragraph (1) may be served in the same manner as a stop order.
