Form and contents of stop order

Subregulation 1

A stop order must be in writing.

A stop order must —

(a)

describe the disrespectful act against which the order is made;

(b)

explain why that act is disrespectful;

(c)

specify what is required of the person against whom the order is made; and

(d)

state that a contravention of the order is an offence.
