19. Rules relating to transitional provisions

The Minister may make rules to provide for the continuance in force of any provident fund scheme established and administered by the University of Singapore and to impose upon the University all or any of the obligations or duties in respect of such provident fund scheme.

Any rules made under subsection (1) shall have effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the University Constitution.[17
