4. Register of printing presses
Feedback & supportThe Registrar must keep a register of printing presses, in which he or she must enter any particulars prescribed relating to —

“Registrar” means the Registrar of Newspapers and includes any Deputy or Assistant Registrar of Newspapers appointed by the Minister under section 29;
(a)
persons licensed under section 3 and to printing presses; or
(b)
any document or class of documents exempted under section 44 from all or any of the provisions of this Act.
