Regulation 1

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption from Part III of Act) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 14th July 2011.

Regulation 2

Exemption

The Minister hereby exempts the newspapers set out in the Schedule from Part III of the Act.

Regulation 3

Cancellation

The Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2004 (G.N. No. S 507/2004) is cancelled.
