Section 3

There is constituted in accordance with the provisions of this Act a Polytechnic with the name and style of the Ngee Ann Polytechnic, which is a body corporate with perpetual succession and must have a common seal, with full power by and in that name to sue and be sued and to perform any other acts that bodies corporate may by law perform, and with other powers conferred by this Act.
