9. Appeal

A person aggrieved by the decision of the Board in removing her name from the register or the roll may, within 3 months of the date of the decision or within such further period as the High Court may allow, appeal to the High Court against that decision.
(2)
No appeal shall lie from an order of the High Court made under this section.
