Section 25

A certificate purporting to be under the hand of the Registrar to the effect that, at any time or during any period specified in the certificate, any person was or was not a registered nurse, an enrolled nurse or a registered midwife, or had or did not have in force a practising certificate, or as to any entry in the Register or Roll, or the removal from the Register or Roll of any entry is, in the absence of proof to the contrary, and without further proof of the signature appended to the certificate, sufficient evidence of the matters specified in the certificate.
