43. No action against Board in absence of bad faith

No action or proceeding shall lie against the Board, any committee appointed by the Board, a Complaints Committee, or any member or employee of the Board, committee or Complaints Committee for any act or thing done under this Act unless it is proved that the act or thing was done in bad faith or with malice.
