13. Statutory declaration sufficient to prove execution of will, etc.
Feedback & supportAn attesting witness to the execution of a will, deed or document, or any other competent person, may verify and prove the signing, sealing, publication or delivery of the will, deed or document by a statutory declaration made in the manner provided under section 11 or 12, as the case may be.
