Short title and commencement
This Ordinance may be cited as the Offences relating to Vehicles (Amendment) Ordinance, 1961, and shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 14th day of February 1961.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Offences relating to Vehicles (Amendment) Ordinance, 1961, and shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 14th day of February 1961.
Continuation in operation of the Offences relating to Vehicles Ordinance, 1960
The Offences relating to Vehicles Ordinance, 1960, is hereby continued in operation for a period of four years from the 15th day of February 1961.
Amendment of section 1
Subsection (2) of section 1 of the Offences relating to Vehicles Ordinance, 1960, is hereby amended by deleting the words “one year” appearing in the second line thereof and substituting therefor the words “five years”.
