Citation and commencement
This Order is the Organised Crime Act 2015 (Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 17 August 2026.
Amendment of Schedule
In the Organised Crime Act 2015, in the Schedule, in Part 1, after item 80, insert —“80A.Section 292(1) in a case mentioned in section 292(1A) or (1B)Sale of obscene objects, etc.80B.Section 292(1C)Sale, etc., of obscene objects, on 2 or more occasions, to total number of 10 or more individuals80C.Section 292BObscene object on online location”.
