3. Procedure for appeal
Feedback & supportThis Part sets out with modifications the provisions of Division 1 of Part XX of the Criminal Procedure Code (Cap. 68) that apply to an appeal under section 34(1) of the Act in relation to an OCPO or FRO which is applied for or made under section 15(2) or 21(2) of the Act, respectively.
