9A. Collection of parking charges

All charges paid in connection with the use of any parking place maintained or operated by a statutory body under the provisions of this Act must be paid to that statutory body unless —

“parking place” means any part of a road or any other place on or in which the parking of vehicles is authorised under section 4;
(a)
otherwise agreed between the Minister and that statutory body; or
statutory body
Defined · s 2
“statutory body” means a body corporate established or constituted by or under a public Act to perform or discharge a public function;
(b)
otherwise directed by the Minister.
