Regulation 2
In the Parking Places (Provision of Parking Places and Parking Lots) Rules 2018 (G.N. No. S 286/2018), in rule 4 —
(a)
in paragraph (1A), replace “In addition, paragraph (1)(a) also does not apply where” with “Paragraph 1(a) does not apply if”; and
(b)
after paragraph (1B), insert —“(1C) In addition, paragraph 1(a) does not apply in relation to any approved development situated on the land specified in Part 6 of the Schedule.”.
