Amendment of Schedule
of Parking Places (Provision of Parking Places and Parking Lots) (Amendment) Rules 2026
In the Parking Places (Provision of Parking Places and Parking Lots) Rules 2018, in the Schedule, after Part 5, insert —“Part 61.Lots TS21‑00544N, TS21‑00789W and TS21‑01313M.2.All that area the boundary of which starts at the junction between Central Boulevard and Marina Way and continuing progressively —
generally south‑west along Marina Way until its junction with Commerce Street;
generally north-west along Commerce Street until its junction with Straits View;
generally north‑west along an imaginary line between the junction of Commerce Street and Straits View, and the junction of Commerce Street and Marina View;
generally north‑east along Marina View until its junction with Central Boulevard; and
generally south-east along Central Boulevard until its junction with Marina Way,and which is more particularly demarcated in the map below:3.The land at Marina Bay in Town Subdivision 30 described as follows:
in Lots 637V-PT, 656T-PT and 440X (excluding any part of subterranean Lot 80032 PT for the Bayfront MRT station and any part of subterranean Lot 80038C PT used for a common services tunnel);
the airspace in Lots 607P-PT and 666M-PT;
the subterranean space in Lots 637V-PT and 666M‑PT.4.Lot MK03-02160T at 71 Science Park Drive.5.Lot MK23‑07706W at 845 Geylang Road.6.Lot TS21‑01687M.7.All that part of the area along Dunearn Road which is more particularly delineated in the map below:8.Lots TS24-01207P and TS24-01211T at 19 Tanglin Road.”.
