Withdrawal of parking facilities from season ticket holder
The Superintendent may at any time withdraw parking facilities from any season parking ticket holder without assigning any reason. In such event, the Superintendent may refund to the holder of the season parking ticket the sum representing the charge for the unexpired period for which the parking ticket has been issued.
