Regulation 20A
Refunds and rebates for season ticket holders
The Superintendent may, in circumstances where he considers appropriate —
(a)
upon the voluntary surrender of any unexpired season parking ticket, refund to the holder of the season parking ticket a sum equal to the charge for the unexpired period for which the season parking ticket has been issued; or
(b)
grant a rebate of any amount to any holder of a season parking ticket of the parking charges payable for the season parking ticket.
