Section 34

Specifications

(1)

The Commissioner may issue or approve and from time to time review and revise specifications for planting areas, green verges and open spaces to be used as public parks.

(2)

If any provision in any specifications issued or approved by the Commissioner under subsection (1) is inconsistent with any regulations made under this Act, such provision, to the extent of the inconsistency, either has effect subject to such regulations or, where appropriate, having regard to such regulations, does not have effect.
