Amendment of Schedule

Section 62
(1)
The Minister may, after consulting the Board, by order in the Gazette, amend, add to, vary or revoke the whole or any part of the Schedule.
(2)
Every order made under subsection (1) must be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.
