Section 40
Upon any inquiry touching the privileges, immunities and powers of Parliament, the Speaker, any Member or any committee, any copy of the journals printed or purporting to be printed by the order of Parliament or by the Government Printer shall be admitted as evidence of such journals in all courts and places without proof of its being such copy or that such copy was so printed.
