25. Notice of time and place of election
Feedback & supportOn the President issuing a writ, the Returning Officer must give notice of the issue of the writ and of the day, time and place of the nomination of candidates by causing a notice in Form 8 in the First Schedule to be published in the Gazette at least 4 clear days before the day fixed for the nomination.
