4. Appointment of clerks and interpreters

The Registration Officer and the Returning Officer may appoint any number of clerks and interpreters that may be necessary for the purposes of this Act.

“Registration Officer” and “Assistant Registration Officer” mean respectively the Registration Officer and an Assistant Registration Officer appointed under section 3;

The appointments made under subsection (1) may be revoked at any time.
