67. Remuneration of election agent

So far as circumstances admit, this Act applies to an election agent’s claim for his or her remuneration and to the payment thereof in like manner as if he or she were any other creditor.

“election” means an election for the purpose of electing a Member of Parliament;

If any difference arises respecting the amount of the claim, the claim is a disputed claim within the meaning of this Act, and is to be dealt with accordingly.
