Clause 39

Amendment of section 78C

Section 78C of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “the results of any election survey” in subsection (1), the words “, or any content purporting to be any result of an election survey,”; and

(b)

by deleting the word “electors” wherever it appears in subsection (3) and substituting in each case the word “voters”.
