Definitions
In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires —“application” means an application under section 43(7) of the Act to restore a name to a register of electors;“appropriate form” means the relevant form that —
is provided by the Registration Officer and obtainable from his office at the Elections Department at 11 Novena Rise, Singapore 307516 during such hours as his office is open for business; or
is set out on the Elections Department’s Internet website at https://www.eld.gov.sg;“claim” means a claim under section 11(2) of the Act;“objection” means an objection under section 11(5) of the Act.
